Hey there, my name is Marc Pepin. I love to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm also passionate about changing people's lives by sharing this love for health, so they too can reach their nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals!
Here's a little background on me: I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. I also have an accounting degree from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. I worked in the accounting field for seven years; however, in 2016 I decided to follow my real passion of health and fitness. So, in July of 2016 I obtained my health coaching certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and I never looked back. I currently reside in Long Beach, California where I have been helping people positively change their lives through better nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle choices and I'm enjoying every minute of it!
A few more things about me:
I am patient, attentive, and resourceful
I am open-minded, non-judgmental, and compassionate - I know how hard it can be to change old habits, but I never give up on people.
I enjoy hiking, biking, and finding new healthy and delicious recipes.
As your health coach, I will help guide you to a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are looking to start a new workout routine, make better nutritional choices, lose weight, or just have more energy for daily activities, I can help you meet your goals.
Here's How It Works

I will get back to you ASAP to set up your initial 30-minute consultation. The initial consultation is absolutely free!
Once you schedule the initial consultation, we will meet in-person, over the phone, or via Skype to get to know each other and gain an understanding of your lifestyle and health goals.
After our initial meeting I will put together your personalized plan that will include helpful tips and strategies, short-term and long-term goals, and recommended foods and exercises.
We will discuss your personalized plan in a follow-up sessions and make any adjustments as needed.
Once you have your plan and a clear path moving forward we can meet as often as you would like to discuss your plan or any element of your health. I recommend meeting once a week; however, we can discuss this further when we meet and adjust according to your preference. Regardless, as long as we continue to work together you can always email, text, or call me with any questions you have.
